Using a Form Search
A form search is the quickest way to search when you have a few facts about what you're looking for.
For example, if you want to locate a business and you know the name of the company and the city in which it is located, or even the address and/or phone number, you can enter this information in the appropriate fields in a form search to find more information about the company.
You can use wildcard characters to search for word variations in any of the fields on the form. Connectors do not work in any of the fields.
To search with this method, select the Form Search radio button on the search form.
