You can use a Social Security Number as a search term. However, if you do not possess the
proper authorization, such as a member of a recognized law enforcement agency, it will not
appear in any of the retrieved information.

Enter the LexID associated with the individual you're searching for. The LexID may be up to
12 digits long.
Tip: One way to find an individual's unique Lex ID number
is to run an initial search using the Name fields. Then, once you see a Lex ID in the
results, you can click that number to initiate a new search and get the most comprehensive,
relevant results possible.
First Name
Enter the person's first name or initial. Select the
Find nicknames of first name to find alternatives to the first
name you specify.
Example: If you enter
robert , your search will also find records with the nicknames
"Rob" and "Robbie".
Middle Name / Initial
Enter the person's middle name or initial. Last Name
Enter the person's last name. If you are not sure of the
correct spelling, select Find similar-sounding last names . Your
search will find names that match, sound like, or are spelled similarly to the name.
Example: If you enter
klein , your search will also find records with the last names
"Cline" and "Kline".
Street Address
Enter a complete or partial street address.
Example:

City
Enter the city of residence for the person you are looking for. Your search will find results
for the exact city name as well as for associated city names.
Example: If you enter
Skokie (and
Illinois for the state)
your search will find records for Chicago as well as for Skokie.
State
Select the state the person resides in or select All Available States .
Zip Code
You can enter a zip code to limit your search to a
specific geographical area. We recommend you limit your entry to the 5-digit form most commonly
used.
Telephone
Enter a telephone number, preceded by the area or
country code if you know it. Most common telephone entry formats are supported.

Date of Birth
You can use a birth date to narrow your search. Searching on date of birth alone will not
produce any results; you must enter a last name or a street address in addition to the birth
date.
Enter two digits for the month, two digits for the day and four digits for the year,
separated by slashes.

ADVANCED Strict Search
Select this if you only want to search for the exact
spelling of the names you enter. If you select Strict Search , you
cannot select Find similar-sounding last names or Find nicknames of first name if they appear on the form (clear this
box if you want to select one of those checkboxes).
Similar Sounding Names
Select this option to find similar sounding last names.
Find Nicknames
Select this option to find nicknames of the person's
first name.
Radius
The Person Report search form will search within a
radius of the location you specify. The radius is based on the zip code, if you enter one. If
not, the radius is based on the city/state combination you enter. Select a radius from the
drop-down list.
Age Range
Use the drop-down lists to enter an age range for the
person.
Previous City
Enter the name of any city the person previously resided
in.
Previous State
Enter the name of any state the person previously
resided in.
Other Previous State
Enter the name of any other state in which the person
previously resided.
Alias Last Name
Enter any other last name the person has used. Relative's First Name
Enter the first name of one of the person's relatives,
such as a spouse.
Other Relative's First Name
Enter the first name of another relative. Search
Click the Search button
to begin your search.
Clear Form
Click the Clear Form link
to clear all the data you have entered in the fields.
